As a Senior Digital Project Director at Rad Campaign, Kristin leads projects through their entire lifecycle, serving as a main point of contact for clients throughout their partnership with Rad. She oversees the development of site requirements, creative design, and technical planning, helping ensure the final product meets or exceeds the vision and goals of each client. Kristin also supports strategy development, user testing, wireframing, ECRM support, and training.
Before joining Rad, Kristin spent nine years at National Wildlife Federation in multiple roles that touched on policy, content creation, email marketing, online advocacy, social media, constituent data management, media outreach, web production, user experience, technical planning, analytics, audience research, and information architecture and design. She helped develop their online advocacy program and establish the National Wildlife Federation (c)(4) Action Fund online, re-architected the NWF.org website, and was a key driver in developing the organization’s socially-focused content strategy, empowering staff across the organization to blog.
Kristin was featured on Mashable's list of 75+ Environmentalists to Follow on Twitter and has presented at the Nonprofit Technology Conference and Social Media for Government Conference.
While getting a journalism degree from the University of Florida, she got hooked on helping nonprofits by volunteering at a local history museum and fostering dogs for an animal rescue. Now based in Virginia, she continues to foster dogs and kittens when she can, and spends her free time enjoying the outdoors with her dogs, camping, hiking, and wildlife watching.
