Susan McCormick

Susan believes that the best digital projects happen when collaboration, expertise, and purposeful work come together. She brings more than 20 years of open-source project management and web development experience to Rad Campaign, where she serves as Digital Project Director. At Rad, she oversees the entire project lifecycle, from detailed strategic planning through skilled execution and continuous improvement. She facilitates effective communication between stakeholders and teams of designers, content strategists, and developers, ensuring project success through process and transparency.

Susan has deep expertise in web marketing, including copywriting, user interface design, Drupal and WordPress development, accessibility and SEO. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, as well as several Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO).

Susan is passionate about putting her skills to work for organizations that are making the world a better place. When not at work, she loves playing outdoors in and around Lake Tahoe, or relaxing at home with her two cats.
