Transformative Strategy from Day One
When we first began working with Feeding Texas, we helped them hone a website plan to reach more people in Texas who needed their services. We addressed the site’s design and technical debt on the backend, as staff were struggling with what they inherited from a previous website design. Problematic user pathways were holding Feeding Texas back from flourishing online, raising more money, telling their story, expressing their values, and highlighting the critical impact they were having in helping Texans fight hunger.
Meeting Users Where They Are
We redesigned the Feeding Texas site so their users could quickly find the resources they need, whether that be avenues to support the cause or find access to invaluable support. A key feature of the site is an interactive food bank map that residents can use to easily find resources closest to them.
