Online Harassment in the Age of the #MeToo Movement
Rad Campaign has been partnering with Lincoln Park Strategies to conduct biennial polls to study the shifts in internet use and online harassment since 2014. This data is critical for nonprofits to use for decision-making processes, policy development, and staff guidelines. It’s also important to get a sense of the real-life impact cyberbullying has on Americans across the various social networks that many of us use every single day. This poll was conducted in the year following the #MeToo movement, and the corresponding infographic illustrates the current state of online harassment, and whether anti-harassment efforts are effective.
